CINDERELLAS' MAIDS – TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These Terms and Conditions govern all cleaning services provided by Cinderellas Maids to the client. By booking our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Cinderella's Maids provides residential and commercial cleaning services as outlined in the booking confirmation or service agreement. Service details, inclusions, and exclusions will be specified at the time of booking to ensure full clarity.
Booking and Scheduling
All appointments must be scheduled in advance through our website, phone, or other approved communication methods. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel services in the event of unforeseen circumstances such as staff illness, severe weather, or emergencies. Customers may reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice without penalty. If you are dissatisfied with your cleaning service, please contact us within 24 hours. We will re-clean the affected area or work toward a fair resolution, at our discretion.
Pricing and Payment
Prices are determined based on:
● the service type
● size of the property
● specific cleaning requirement
Cinderella's Maids reserves the right to change prices at any time throughout the year, provided that notice of any price change will be communicated to the customer before their next booked cleaning appointment. Payment is due on the day of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept payment by cash, credit/debit card, or other approved methods.
Cancellations and Refunds
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Refunds are issued only in cases of verified billing errors or service issues, and all refund requests are handled at the company’s discretion.
Applicable Fees
At Cinderella’s Maids, we aim to keep our pricing clear and consistent. Cancellations made within 24 hours of a scheduled service will result in a fee of $39.99. Payments not received within 7 days of service will include a late fee of $29.99. If the condition of the property requires extra time or effort, an additional deep cleaning fee will be applied. When our team needs to clear clutter or organize before cleaning can begin, an extra fee of $12.99 per 15 minutes may be added to the final total. A travel surcharge of $19.99 may apply for homes located more than 20 miles from our main service area. Add-on services such as oven cleaning, refrigerator cleaning, or detailed deep cleaning are available for an additional charge.
By scheduling a cleaning with Cinderella’s Maids, clients acknowledge and accept these terms and fees. All policies are in place to ensure fair scheduling, quality service, and respectful working conditions for our team.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers must provide access to the property at the scheduled time and ensure that areas to be cleaned are free of clutter, valuables, and hazards. The customer should notify us in advance of any:
● pets
● special cleaning needs
● conditions that could affect service
Cinderella's Maids is not responsible for damage or loss resulting from failure to provide accurate or complete information.
Liability and Damages
While our cleaners take great care in every service, accidents can occasionally occur. Any damage or breakage must be reported within 24 hours of the service. Our liability is limited to the cost of replacement or repair of the damaged item, up to a maximum equal to the total service fee. Cinderella's Maids is not liable for pre-existing damage, general wear and tear, or harm to fragile or improperly secured items.
Entry and Security
If you are not home during your cleaning appointment, please ensure we have access to the property (for example, via key, door code, or lockbox). We are not responsible for security issues resulting from faulty locks, alarms, or incorrect access codes provided by the customer.
Health and Safety
Our staff will not clean areas that contain hazardous materials, bodily fluids, mold, or infestations. To ensure the safety of our team, services may be refused or paused if the environment is deemed unsafe or unsanitary.
Termination of Services
Either party may terminate recurring services by providing at least 7 days’ notice. Cinderella's Maids reserves the right to terminate services immediately in cases of non-payment, unsafe working conditions, or at our discretion.
Personal Property and Valuables
We recommend that all personal property be secured prior to service, including:
● valuables
● cash
● confidential materials
Cinderella’s Maids is not responsible for the loss of any items not reported immediately after service completion.
CINDERELLA'S MAIDS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO MODIFY THESE TERMS AT ANY TIME. UPDATED VERSIONS WILL BE POSTED ON OUR WEBSITE AND WILL TAKE EFFECT IMMEDIATELY UPON PUBLICATION. CONTINUED USE OF OUR SERVICES AFTER ANY UPDATE CONSTITUTES ACCEPTANCE OF THE REVISED TERMS.
